These terms govern your use of www.thevoicehub.org. They do not contain the booking, payment or cancellation terms for lessons, workshops, events or programmes. Any terms for a particular service will be provided or agreed separately before a booking or engagement is confirmed.
1. About us
This website is operated by The Voice Hub Ltd (“The Voice Hub”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16979859, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. You can contact us at admin@thevoicehub.org.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or enquire about our work. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Enquiries are not bookings
New students should use the new-student enquiry route, and organisations should use the corporate enquiry route. Existing students can follow the student portal and relevant booking links to Opus. Sending an enquiry form or email does not book a lesson, reserve a place, confirm availability or create a contract. Before a booking or engagement is confirmed, the relevant service details, total price and applicable booking terms must be provided and agreed. Lessons and other services are governed by those booking terms, together with any rights you have under applicable law. Corporate engagements are agreed separately in writing.
4. Website information
We take reasonable care to keep the site useful and accurate, but its content is general information and may change. Dates, availability, programme details and prices are not guaranteed until confirmed directly by us. Nothing on this site is medical or therapeutic advice.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, branding, photographs and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, adapt, publish or use site content commercially without prior written permission from us or the relevant rights owner. The Voice Hub® is a UK registered trade mark of The Voice Hub Ltd, registration number UK00004372354, in class 41.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party. Using an external booking platform does not remove our responsibility for the services we provide or affect your statutory rights.

We do not promise that this website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from use of this website or that arise from third-party content or services. Liability connected with an agreed service is governed by the separate terms for that service.
