1. General Agreement
Welcome to The Voice Hub. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our holistic voice education centre focuses on the human element of singing and vocal production, welcoming all ages and standards from our Cheltenham studio.
2. Booking & Price Tiers
We offer different price bands for private lessons depending on the instructor. Holistic voice education is a bespoke process. Rates for one-to-one voice lessons, corporate icebreaker workshops, and group sessions are clearly outlined at the time of booking via our online platform. All students are responsible for maintaining their own schedule through the booking portal.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To respect the time of our vocal specialists, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate. This policy ensures we can continue to offer high-quality, professional vocal training to our entire community in Cheltenham.
4. Holistic Vocal Practice
The Voice Hub is dedicated to the 'human element' of singing. Our teachers focus on vocal health, emotional connection, and technical proficiency. While we welcome all styles and standards, we reserve the right to suggest alternative educational paths if a particular style or practice is deemed harmful to the student's long-term vocal health.
5. Payments & Security
All payments made through The Voice Hub website are processed securely. Your card details are never stored directly by us. By paying for a lesson or workshop online, you confirm your attendance and acceptance of our holistic education mission. Package purchases are non-transferable and must be used within the specified timeframe from the date of purchase.
