These terms govern your use of www.thevoicehub.org. They do not contain the booking, payment or cancellation terms for lessons, workshops, events or programmes. Any terms for a particular service will be provided or agreed separately before a booking or engagement is confirmed.

2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or enquire about our work. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Enquiries are not bookings
The public website does not offer self-service bookings or a general online checkout. We may send a secure payment link separately after service details and price have been agreed. Sending an enquiry form or email does not book a lesson, reserve a place, confirm availability or create a contract. A booking or engagement exists only when the relevant details, price and any applicable terms have been confirmed separately in writing and accepted.

We take reasonable care to keep the site useful and accurate, but its content is general information and may change. Dates, availability, programme details and prices are not guaranteed until confirmed directly by us. Nothing on this site is medical or therapeutic advice.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use.
