PRIVACY & COOKIE NOTICE
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This notice explains how The Voice Hub Ltd uses personal information when you visit www.thevoicehub.org, make an enquiry or communicate with us.
1. Who we are
The Voice Hub Ltd is the controller of your personal information. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16979859, with our registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. Contact: admin@thevoicehub.org.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, the name and age of a student where relevant, details included in an enquiry, correspondence, and technical information about how you use the website. Please do not include medical, health or other sensitive information in a website form unless we have specifically asked you to provide it through an appropriate channel.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries; discuss, arrange and deliver requested services; keep appropriate business and financial records; protect our website and organisation; meet legal obligations; and understand or improve the website where permitted. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list automatically.
4. Our lawful bases
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, compliance with legal obligations, or consent. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Children and young people
A parent or guardian should normally make or support enquiries for a child. We use information about young people only as needed to respond to the enquiry, safeguard participants and provide an agreed service. We do not knowingly use children’s information for unrelated marketing.
6. Who receives information
We may share relevant information with authorised staff, teachers or facilitators; Wix and other providers that host or support our website, email and business systems; professional advisers; and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
7. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use the safeguards required by data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to manage our relationship with you, and to meet safeguarding, tax, accounting, insurance or legal requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and whether an enquiry becomes an agreed service. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information; object to processing; receive certain information in a portable form; and withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email admin@thevoicehub.org. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses essential technologies needed for security and core operation. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are used only where the required consent has been obtained. You can use the choices presented by our cookie notice and your browser settings to control non-essential cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect site features.
11. Security and links
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure. Our website may link to third-party sites whose privacy practices we do not control.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this notice and will post the revised date here. Questions about privacy or cookies can be sent to admin@thevoicehub.org.
